{"id":1600,"date":"2015-06-15T22:58:01","date_gmt":"2015-06-15T20:58:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=1600"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:11:18","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:11:18","slug":"coca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/coca\/","title":{"rendered":"Coca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(&#8222;spanische Pizza&#8220;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 rote und 1 gr\u00fcne Peperoni<\/li>\n<li>250g gefrorener Blattspinat (ungew\u00fcrzt)<\/li>\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>1 ausgewallter Pizzateig eckig (z.B. 25x38cm)<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Mehl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Peperonis ausnehmen und in sehr kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Zwiebel in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Den Knoblauch klein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>Den Spinat in der Mikrowelle auftauen.<\/li>\n<li>In einer grossen Schale Peperoni, Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Spinat gut mischen und verzetteln.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer gut w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den Pizzateig auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen. Vorher etwas Mehl auf dem<br \/>\nPapier verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig von Hand nach allen Seiten ausdehnen, so dass das Blech ganz bedeckt ist inkl. ein<br \/>\nTeigrand.<\/li>\n<li>Die Zutaten auf dem ganzen Teig verteilen und etwas Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcber tr\u00f6pfeln.<\/li>\n<li>Im Backofen bei 200\u00b0C ca. 30 Minuten backen.<\/li>\n<li>Abk\u00fchlen lassen und in ca. 10x15cm grosse St\u00fccke schneiden. Kalt servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Man kann nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fcr die Coca beliebig anderes klein gew\u00fcrfeltes Gem\u00fcse verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>Im Gegensatz zur italienischen Pizza werden f\u00fcr die Coca weder K\u00e4se noch Tomaten verwendet.
