Von Hand etwas zerzetteln.<\/li>\n<li>Die Ananas-Scheiben aus dem Saft nehmen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Dann in der Faust gut ausdr\u00fccken, damit das Ganze nicht zu fl\u00fcssig wird.<\/li>\n<li>Die gekochten Eier in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Schnittlauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Surimi, Ananas und Eier in eine grosse Schale geben und sehr gut mischen und etwas zerstampfen.<\/li>\n<li>Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer und Schnittlauch untermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Masse in eine passende Schale geben, etwas andr\u00fccken und dann wie einen Pudding auf den Servierteller bzw. Cazuela st\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit&nbsp;Petersilie dekorieren.<\/li>\n<li>Im K\u00fchlschrank etwas ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An sich ist das ein Krabbensalat, also mit Krabbenfleisch. Die Variante mit den \u00fcberall erh\u00e4ltlichen Surimi ist einfacher und viel billiger.<\/li>\n<li>Kann mit gekochtem und klein geschnittenem Gem\u00fcse (Karotten, Kartoffeln etc.), \u00e4hnlich einem Russischen Salat, beliebig angereichert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Der &#8222;kleine Hauswein&#8220; einer&nbsp;meiner Lieblingsbodegas: Trossos in Gratallops. Herrlich frisch f\u00fcr heisse Tage und kalte Speisen.
