Da geht einem halt manchmal schon fast die Phantasie aus, wenn man immer neues auf den Tisch bringen will. Diesmal lag da noch eine einsame Aubergine im K\u00fchlschrank und ich googelte, wie man die zu einer feinen Pasta Sauce machen kann. Norma war die leckere sizilianische Antwort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Pasta alla Norma (mit Aubergine)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sizilien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600g Teigwaren (Penne oder Spaghetti)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosse Aubergine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20262 Peperoncini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400g gehackte B\u00fcchsentomaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mediterrane Kr\u00e4uter (v.a. Basilikum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Prise Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Schuss Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>geriebener Parmesank\u00e4se<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Aubergine waschen, trocknen und in ca. 6cm lange und 5\u202610mm breite St\u00e4bchen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch und Zwiebel klein schneiden. Peperoncino ebenso und je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch einen Teil der Kerne entfernen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In der Bratpfanne im \u00d6l die Auberginen sachte aber ziemlich lange (ca. 15 Minuten) d\u00fcnsten, bis sie ganz glasig und weich sind. Beiseitelegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In derselben Pfanne mit \u00d6l Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Peperoncino ca. 8 Minuten sachte d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aubergine dazu geben und die gehackten Tomaten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Minuten zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln. Dazwischen einen Schuss Rotwein dazu und eine Prise Zucker sowie Salz, Pfeffer und Gew\u00fcrze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel die Pasta kochen und am Schluss mit der Sauce vereinen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nat\u00fcrlich auf dem Teller mit reichlich geriebenem Parmesank\u00e4se bestreuen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Name Norma ist zu Ehren des sizilianischen Opern-Komponisten Vincenzo Bellini, der die <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Norma_(Oper)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oper Norma<\/a> <\/strong>komponierte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Norma wird prim\u00e4r mit Penne serviert. Geht aber auch mit Spaghetti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
