Hatte gute Gesch\u00e4fte gemacht und wollte mich daf\u00fcr belohnen \ud83d\ude42 Von Wein verstand ich damals noch nicht soviel. Etikettentrinker eben. CHF 64.- zahlte ich pro Flasche. Heute kostet er knapp CHF 100.-. Die zweitletzte Flasche \u00f6ffnete ich nun zu sehr gelungenen Spareribs vom Grill, weil die von mir auferlegten 15 Jahre Lagerung demn\u00e4chst ablaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2007er):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>klar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tiefes Granatrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere (+) Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Erdbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brombeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eukalyptus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karamell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gekochte Fr\u00fcchte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voll gereift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00f6rper mittel (+)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preiselbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cassis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fruchtkompott<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gr\u00fcne Paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bouillon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jetzt trinken, ist nicht f\u00fcr Alterung oder weitere Lagerung geeignet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tignanello = der erste Supertoskaner = Antinori = ber\u00fchmt und teuer. Dekantieren solle ich ihn, hab ich 2015 notiert. Ein guter Rat, weil er viel Depot hat. 80 % Sangiovese,&nbsp;15 % Cabernet Sauvignon,&nbsp;5% Cabernet franc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele Aromen, aber trotzdem keine \u00fcberbordende Intensit\u00e4t. Spannung zwischen S\u00fcsse und Salzigkeit. Sehr hohe Tannine f\u00fcr das hohe Alter. \u00dcberall 80&#8230;90% Punkte. Aber zum hervorragend br\u00e4uchte es noch ganz wenig mehr Balance und Komplexit\u00e4t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure
