Ich bilde mir ein, die Welt mehr oder weniger gesehen zu haben. Was f\u00fcr eine \u00dcberheblichkeit. In Indien hatte ich nur Zwischenlandungen bisher. Aber immerhin schon unz\u00e4hlige Male beim Inder gegessen. Einigermassen authentisch ausserhalb des Halbkontinents nat\u00fcrlich nur in UK. Egal &#8211; die Bahjis sind nun an der Reihe in meiner K\u00fcche. Ich hab auch diese in einer meiner abonnierten Genusszeitschriften bewundert. Zwiebeln mag ich eh mega gerne. Bin halt ein obertoggenburger Bauer geblieben \ud83d\ude42 Als Ap\u00e9ro Happen ganz sch\u00f6n Aufsehen erregend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Zwiebel Bahjis (kleine indische Zwiebelfladen)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 grosse Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g Kichererbsenmehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Hand voll frischer Koriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 daumengrosses St\u00fcck frischer Ingwer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Fenchelsamen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Kurkuma (f\u00fcr die gelbe Farbe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Garam Masala Pulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ggf. etwas Chiliflocken, je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 1.5dl Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knoblauchzehe klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingwer raffeln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den frischen Koriander klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Zwiebeln r\u00fcsten, halbieren und dann in schmale Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Zwiebeln, das Kichererbsenmehl und alle Gew\u00fcrze vom Knoblauch bis zum Salz in eine grosse Schale geben und gut verr\u00fchren. Das Wasser so tarieren, dass eine mitteldicke Paste entsteht \u2013 nicht zu d\u00fcnn und nicht zu dick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer grossen Bratpfanne mit viel Sonnenblumen\u00f6l die mit einem L\u00f6ffel oder noch besser von Hand portionierten 3\u20265cm grossen Fladen aus Teigpaste beidseitig ca. 20 Minuten frittieren, aber nicht verbrennen. Nur etwa auf halber Hitzestufe, daf\u00fcr lange!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf K\u00fcchenpapier das \u00d6l abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mit 150g Mehl gibt es 6\u20268 Bahjis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als Snack, Vorspeise oder Teil eines grossen indischen Buffets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dazu passt z.B. eine kalte Gurken-Raita aus:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nature-Joghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>klein gew\u00fcrfelter Salatgurke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfefferminze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chiliflocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
