Sie sind Geheimtipps. Traumhafte Balance. Kr\u00e4uter, rote Beeren, Holz, aber nicht zu viel. Nach 8 Jahren noch gut weiter lagerbar. Ein genialer Wein. Perfekt zum Thunfisch vom Grill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Thunfisch mariniere ich einige Stunden im K\u00fchlschank in einer Mischung aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sesam\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sojasauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gepresstem Knoblauch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wenig Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann pro Seite nur 1 1\/2 Minuten auf den heissen, geschlossenen Grill.
