Ich koche sie seit Jahrzehnten zum Beispiel in einer ziemlich scharfen und gew\u00fcrzten Tomatensauce und serviere sie typisch spanisch mit Reis. Der Wein dazu kommt aus Andalusien und ist sowohl was die Herkunft als auch die Traubenzusammensetzung anbelangt ziemlich speziell (Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Merlot). Aber super!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong><u>Tintenfisch in Tomatensauce<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spanien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g Tintenfischringe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 grosse Tomaten (ca. 500g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Tomatenmark (aus der Tube)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 10 entsteinte Oliven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400g Langkornreis (2 grosse Tassen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1dl Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zweig Thymian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Tintenfisch unter fliessendem Wasser gut s\u00e4ubern. Falls man einen ganzen Tintenfisch hat, diesen in Ringe oder Streifen schneiden. Dann in einer Schale mit Zitronesaft betr\u00e4ufeln. Vor dem Braten die Tintenfische mit Haushaltpapier gut trocknen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tomaten in W\u00fcrfel schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie hacken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Oliven in Scheiben schneiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einer h\u00f6heren Bratpfanne das Oliven\u00f6l gut erhitzen, die Tintenfische beigeben und heiss anbraten, bis sie ganz leicht braun werden. Wenn sie viel Wasser ziehen, die Fl\u00fcssigkeit abgiessen und etwas neues \u00d6l zugeben zum weiterbraten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebeln und Knoblauch beigeben und mitd\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die gew\u00fcrfelten Tomaten beigeben. Die Hitze reduzieren und mit gelegentlichem Umr\u00fchren ca. 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, jedoch mindestens so lange, bis die Tomaten ganz zerfallen sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn die Sauce w\u00e4hrend des Kochens zu dick wird, mit Wasser verd\u00fcnnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dazwischen das Tomatenmark, die kleine Prise Zucker, die Oliven und den Wein beigeben und salzen und pfeffern. Kurz vor Schluss den Thymian und die Petersilie unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als Beilage parallel dazu den Reis mit doppelter Menge Wasser langsam kochen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alternativ zum weissen Reis schmeckt auch weisses Baguette-Brot vorz\u00fcglich dazu. Die Baguette-Scheiben k\u00f6nnen auch im Backofen leicht angebraten werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Italienische Version: Breitbandnudeln statt Reis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wer die Tomatensauce scharf mag, kann eine Peperoncini mit den scharfen Schoten kleinhacken und mitkochen oder ewas Sambal Oelek beigeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn gerade kein Thymian im Garten w\u00e4chst, k\u00f6nnen auch andere frische mediterrane Gew\u00fcrze wie Salbei verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
