{"id":12314,"date":"2021-11-08T23:09:12","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T22:09:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=12314"},"modified":"2023-02-04T15:26:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-04T14:26:59","slug":"weinkarte-hotel-intercontinental-geneve-1966","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/weinkarte-hotel-intercontinental-geneve-1966\/","title":{"rendered":"Weinkarte Hotel Intercontinental Gen\u00e8ve 1966"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mein in Lugano lebender italienischer Onkel Nando brachte mir schon die Begeisterung f\u00fcr&#8217;s Kochen bei und er schenkte mir vor ein paar Jahren mehrere <a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/vintage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>Vintage Weine<\/em><\/strong><\/a> aus den 1960er Jahren aus dem Piemont (Barbaresco und Barolo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den 1960er Jahren arbeitete er im Restaurant des <a href=\"https:\/\/geneva.intercontinental.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Luxushotels Intercontinental in Genf<\/strong><\/a>. Die hier vorgestellte edle Weinkarte anno 1966 (!) schenkte er mir nun auch und ich finde sie ein phantastisches Relikt, von dem man viel vergleichen und lernen kann. Meine ersten Eindr\u00fccke:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In der europ\u00e4ischen Luxus-Hotellerie gab&#8217;s damals praktisch nur Weine aus Frankreich und dann noch ein bisschen Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich. Italien war etwa so exotisch wie Libanon \ud83d\ude42 Spanien existierte bis in die 1970\/80er Jahre schlichtweg nicht. Immerhin die Schweizer Weine waren damals gut vertreten. Fast besser als heute. \u00dcbersee war g\u00e4nzlich unbekannt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Preise: Klar waren die Weine damals billiger als heute. Aber der Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise erh\u00f6hte sich von 99.6 (1966) auf 333.7 (2020). Das ist Faktor 3.35. (Quelle: Bundesamt f\u00fcr Statistik).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schweiz: ein sehr guter D\u00e9zaley Clos des Abbayes (weiss) kostete CHF 24. Das w\u00e4ren heute CHF 80. In der Top-Gastronomie finde ich ihn f\u00fcr z.B. CHF 89. Also kaufkraftbereinigt in etwa Gleichstand. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frankreich: ein Cheval-Blanc kostete ca. CHF 75. Heute fand ich ihn auf der Karte eines mittleren Restaurants zu CHF 225.
