Eigentlich nicht die sch\u00f6nen Grillumst\u00e4nde. Aber meiner Meinung und Erfahrung nach werden kleine Fleischst\u00fccke (hier Schnitzel) auf dem Grill unendlich viel besser als in einer Bratpfanne, wo sie nur verbrannt und entsaftet werden. Im Grill werden die sch\u00f6nen Wildschweinschnitzel hingegen rundum erhitzt und kriegen erst noch sch\u00f6ne Grillmuster. Pro Seite knapp 4 Minuten bei 200\u00b0C. Zuvor mit Oliven\u00f6l, Pfeffer und Salz einreiben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beilagen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rosenkohl nicht ganz weich kochen, in der Bratpfanne mit Butter und Zwiebeln noch fertig d\u00fcnsten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sp\u00e4tzli im Butter goldbraun braten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gekochtes Rotkraut aus dem Beutel erw\u00e4rmen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wildrahmsauce mit Champignons, Zwiebeln und Preiselbeeren kochen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Und hier nochmals mein S\u00f6sseli:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 dl Wildfond bzw. 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Wildfond-Konzentrat aufl\u00f6sen, alternativ Rindsbouillon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel gekochte Preiselbeeren im Glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl Saucenhalbrahm (Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maizena express<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz, Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Champignons pro Person und eine halbe Zwiebel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wein und Wildfonds in einer kleinen Pfanne auf die H\u00e4lfte einkochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rahm zugeben und kurz k\u00f6cheln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preiselbeeren zugeben und k\u00f6cheln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maizena unterr\u00fchren und k\u00f6cheln bis die gew\u00fcnschte S\u00e4migkeit erreicht ist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Champignons waschen, r\u00fcsten, trocknen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 Zwiebel klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beides im Oliven\u00f6l in der Bartpfanne sachte d\u00fcnsten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>der Sauce kurz vor Schluss beigeben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-0 is-cropped
