Und in einem Anflug von Wahnsinn kaufte ich vor etwa 10 Jahren mal einen 6er Karton Tignanello. Das kostete damals noch wesentlich weniger als heute. Davon sind bzw. waren immer noch 3 St\u00fcck in meinem Keller. Das ist generell ein (Luxus-)Problem: irgendwann muss ich auch die teuren Tropfen \u00f6ffnen, was ich tendenziell immer hinausschiebe. Aber bis Ende 2022 muss ich die 3 Flaschen vernichtet haben. Also fing ich heute an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/unanstaendige-spaghetti-puttanesca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Das Rezept f\u00fcr meine Lieblings-Spaghetti hab&#8216; ich schon mal ver\u00f6ffentlicht hier (einfach draufklicken hier).<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber den Kultwein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.antinori.it\/de\/vino\/tignanello-de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Tignanello von Marchese Antinori <\/strong><\/a>noch nicht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2007er):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>klar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittleres Rubinrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sauber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karamell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kokosnuss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bauernhof<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voll gereift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>troc<span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">ken<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel (+)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer (+) K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere (+) Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preiselbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rote Kirsche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medizinisch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fazit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf Anhieb Frucht und Holz, Prim\u00e4r bis Terti\u00e4raromen. Also ein voll gereifter Wein, aber kein bisschen oxidiert. Das Beste ist seine sch\u00f6ne Balance. Und grosse Tannine f\u00fcr einen 14-j\u00e4hrigen Wein. Die Cabernet-Beimengungen lassen gr\u00fcssen. Das weiteren ist er aber einfach gut gemacht. Wahrscheinlich ist es gerade diese Unaufgeregtheit des Sangiovese, die dem Tignanello so einen Superstatus verleiht seit Anfang der 1970er Jahre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
