Und heute mal Doraden bereits filetiert in einem stimmigen Rezept. Zwei Filets pro Person. Und die Filets sollten noch die Haut dran haben, sonst zerfallen sie beim Hantieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filets waschen, trocken tupfen und ganz wichtig: alle Gr\u00e4ten von Hand rausziehen. Ist m\u00fchsam, aber Fisch essen mit Gr\u00e4ten ist noch m\u00fchsamer \ud83d\ude42 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann die Filets einreiben mit Oliven\u00f6l, Zitronensaft, Pfeffer und Salz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Bratpfanne portionenweise sehr heiss im \u00d6l braten nur mit der Hautseite nach unten. Ca. 2 Minuten. Die Haut soll etwas anbraten, dann wird das St\u00fcck stabiler. Und es spritzt wie verr\u00fcckt!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kartoffeln im Salzwasser kochen, dass sie noch nicht zu weich sind, weil sie noch in den Ofen kommen. Halbieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gem\u00fcse und Kartoffeln von Hand mit \u00d6l, Gew\u00fcrzen, Salz und Pfeffer einreiben. Hier waren es nur Aubergine und Peperoni. Aber gerne auch Zucchini oder anderes schnell weich werdendes Gem\u00fcse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Gem\u00fcse mit den Kartoffeln und vielen Cherrytomaten sowie Kapern\u00e4pfeln (grosse Kapern) in eine Auflaufform legen. Einen Schuss Weisswein dazu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei 200\u00b0C mit Oberhitze im Ofen braten bis alles sch\u00f6n weich ist. Ca. 15 Minuten. Kurz vor Schluss die gebratenen Fischfilets obenauf legen und noch ganz heiss werden lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
