Mit Senf sind die ja recht lecker. Ohne: etwas fad. Der ebenfalls herbstliche Wirz passt hervorragend dazu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Weissw\u00fcrste mit Wirsing (Wirz)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deutschland (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ca. 180g Weissw\u00fcrste pro Person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sch\u00f6ner grosser Wirsing, ca. 1kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Apfel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50ml dicker Sirup (z.B. Ahorn oder Birne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Schuss Sherry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00fcsser Senf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wasser in einem Topf zum sieden bringen. Vom Herd nehmen und die Weissw\u00fcrste 10 Minuten zugedeckt ziehen lassen. Wasser abgiessen und die W\u00fcrste in den 60\u00b0C Ofen stellen zum warm halten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apfel r\u00fcsten und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wirz: die \u00e4usseren Bl\u00e4tter entfernen, den Rest halbieren und den Strunk entfernen. Dann in feine Streifen schneiden. Harte Teile noch entfernen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Wirz wird in einem grossen (!) Kochtopf gekocht. Er braucht zuerst viel Platz, bis er zusammenf\u00e4llt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In dem Topf die Zwiebeln mit Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Sirup unterr\u00fchren und einige Minuten karamelisieren lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Wirzstreifen sehr gut unterr\u00fchren und ca. 8 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Immer gut r\u00fchren. Er f\u00e4llt zusammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Apfelw\u00fcrfel unterr\u00fchren und mit 1 grossen Schuss Sherry und 1.5dl Wasser abl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer gut w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ca. 45 Minuten zugedeckt schmoren. Immer wieder umr\u00fchren und wenn&#8217;s zu trocken wird, etwas Wasser beigeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Wirz in eine gew\u00e4rmte Servierform geben und die W\u00fcrste obenauf. Nochmals kurz in den Ofen und dann auf den Tisch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die W\u00fcrste isst man mit Brot und viel s\u00fcssem Senf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Schweiz kriegt man zur Oktoberfest-Zeit eher kleine Weissw\u00fcrste \u00e0 ca. 60g. Dann 3 W\u00fcrste pro Person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
