Ich grille damit beliebiges Gem\u00fcse auf dem Gasgrill. Es verbrennt nichts &#8211; klebt nichts &#8211; super gesund und lecker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideal sind zum Beispiel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>normale Zwiebeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peperoni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karotten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pak Choi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zucchini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aubergine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. In eine grosse Schale geben und mit Oliven\u00f6l, Salz, Pfeffer, wenig s\u00fcssem Paprikapulver, Piment d&#8217;Espelette und gartenfrischen Kr\u00e4utern sehr gut mischen. Ich mach&#8216; sowas meistens von Hand. Da sp\u00fcrt man sein Essen noch \ud83d\ude42 Dann in die Lochschale umleeren und auf dem nicht zu heissen Gasgrill (z.B. 180\u00b0C)  ziemlich lange grillen (Grilldeckel nat\u00fcrlich zu), bis das harteste Gem\u00fcse auch weich ist. Dazwischen immer wieder mit L\u00f6ffel und Kelle gut umr\u00fchren und von den W\u00e4nden l\u00f6sen.
