Arme Leute Essen. Just hatte ich altes Brot und Foodwaste ist mir ein Greuel. Altes bzw. hartes Brot ist ein Hauptbestandteil der Migas. Und das Fleisch ersetzte ich durch Quorn Geschnetzeltes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Brotzubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das alte Brot entrinden und dann in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In eine grosse Sch\u00fcssel geben und gehackten Knoblauch sowie etwas Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alles von Hand mit wenig Wasser vermengen, so dass es eine br\u00f6ckelige aber nicht zu feuchte Pappe gibt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etwas ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer Bratpfanne mit Oliven\u00f6l die Brotmasse sachte braten bis sie fast ganz trocken ist. Aber nichts anbrennen lassen. Dabei st\u00e4ndig gut r\u00fchren und die Krumen zerdr\u00fccken.
