Gerne auf dem Gasgrill, denn da kann man die Hitze einigermassen gut regeln. Und nat\u00fcrlich den Grilldeckel immer geschlossen halten, sonst bekommt man nie die gew\u00fcnschte Rundum-Hitze. Der Geschmack ist unendlich besser als in der Bratpfanne oder im Backofen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong><u>Gem\u00fcsespiesse mit Lachs vom Grill<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600&#8230;800g Lachs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 grosse Metallspiesse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosse Zuchetti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Peperoni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 sehr grosse Champignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gekochter Maiskolben (S\u00fcssmais)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosse Zweibel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Champignons waschen, abtrocknen und Stielenden abschneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zuchetti und Maiskolben in gut 2cm dicke Scheiben schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel in Scheiben schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peperoni in 8 St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die verschiedenen Teile gemischt eng auf die Grillspiesse stecken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Von allen Seiten mit \u00d6l, Pfeffer und Salz einreiben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Die Fischst\u00fccke waschen, abtrocknen, mit wenig \u00d6l einrieben und mit Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Im geschlossenen Grill die Gem\u00fcsespiesse und den Fisch langsam und nicht zu heiss grillen. Den Fisch auf einem gelochten Blech. Das hilft, dass er nicht anhaftet. Aber trotzdem mit einer Flachkelle mehrmals l\u00f6sen und in der H\u00e4lfte wenden. Achten, dass er keinesfalls auseinanderf\u00e4llt. Der Fisch darf am Schluss leichte Bratstellen aufweisen, das Gem\u00fcse soll weich sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ich mag eine Sauce Bearnaise zum Fisch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statt mediterran mit Oliven\u00f6l auch gerne Asiatisch mit Sesam\u00f6l und etwas Currypulver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wem\u2019s zuwenig ist, der kann noch ein paar halbierte einge\u00f6lte Bratkartoffeln auf den Grill legen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2 is-cropped
