Mit dem Jahrgang 2011 kelterte er seinen ersten Jahrgang. Die Vinifikation ist \u00e4hnlich wie bei Raul Perez, bei dem nicht nur die Trauben sondern auch ein Teil der Stiele vergoren werden.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Optimale Trinkreife max. 5 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preis ca. Oder war ich Schuld, weil ich den Zapfenzieher nicht mittig platzierte? Aber alles wie immer gerettet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auge: erstaunlich dunkler Wein f\u00fcr einen Menc\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nase: sehr gereift, dunkle Fr\u00fcchte und Holz, obschon &#8222;nur&#8220; im grossen Eichenfass ausgebaut. Toll!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaumen: angenehme Kombination von s\u00fcsslichen Aromen und perfekter S\u00e4ure und Tannin. Super Balance!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.0\/4 Punkten = sehr gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein genialer Wein zu einem Schn\u00e4ppchenpreis. Menc\u00eda \u00fcberrascht immer wieder. Manchmal wird er mit Pinot Noir verglichen, aber hier ist er v\u00f6llig eigenst\u00e4ndig.
