Angereichert mit gutem Gem\u00fcse und hier zum Beispiel Scampis. Alles sch\u00f6n chinesisch gew\u00fcrzt. Ein Dauerbrenner bei mir. Dazu wieder mal mein von A-Z selber angepflanzter und hergestellter Kurlimuser Wein (2018) aus Muscat Bleu Piwi Reben. 100% Bio und vegan. Am besten sehr gut gek\u00fchlt.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Gebratener Reis mit Shrimps<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500g asiatischer Reis (Basmatireis, Jasminreis, Parf\u00fcmreis etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400\u2026500g gekochte Shrimps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Lauchzwiebeln (Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Karotten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Peperoni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Peperoncinis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150&#8230;.200g Mungobohnen-Sprossen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fischsauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>daumenspitz-grosses St\u00fcck frischer Ingwer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-Gew\u00fcrz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sojasauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesam\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Karotten und Peperoni in feine Stifte schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peperoncini klein schneiden (ja nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch mehr oder weniger Kerne drin lassen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lauchzwiebeln in Ringe schneiden (weisses und gr\u00fcnes), das gr\u00fcne beiseite stellen (es wird am Schluss roh dem Reis beigegeben)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ingwer und Knoblauch klein hacken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Shrimps ggf. noch ganz sch\u00e4len und dann mit Sojasauce, Knoblauch und Ingwer marinieren und etwas stehen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die 2 Eier r\u00fchren und in einer kleinen Schale bereitstellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Reis in einem grossen Sieb unter fliessendem Wasser auswaschen. Wasser abtropfen lassen. Dann mit nicht ganz der doppelte Menge Salzwasser so lange kochen, dass er nicht zu weich ist. Vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen, z.B. im K\u00fchlschrank (der Reis kann auch einen Tag vorher zubereitet werden). Den Reis vor dem braten mit einer Kelle entklumpen. Er darf f\u00fcr das braten nicht zusammenkleben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nur schon wegen der grossen Menge werden das Gem\u00fcse, die Shrimps und der Reis separat im Wok gebraten, bevor alles zusammen gemischt wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesam\u00f6l im Wok (oder einer grossen Bratpfanne) stark erhitzen, alles Gem\u00fcse (Karotten, weisser Teil der Lauchzwiebeln, Peperoni, Peperoncini und Mungobohnen) beigeben und ca. 8 Minuten bei st\u00e4ndigem r\u00fchren heiss anbraten. Dann in einer Schale beiseite legen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Wok mit Sesam\u00f6l die marinierten Shrimps kurz heiss braten (ca. 3 Minuten). Achtung: es spritzt, deshalb sofort Deckel drauf! Etwas 5-Gew\u00fcrz und einige Spritzer Fischsauce beigeben. Zum Gem\u00fcse beiseite legen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zuletzt im Wok mit Sesam\u00f6l den trockenen, gekochten Reis ebenfalls heiss braten (auch ca. 8 Minuten). Laufend umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann die ger\u00fchrten Eier unter den Reis r\u00fchren und noch ca. 2 Minuten mitbraten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das beiseite gelegte Gem\u00fcse mit den Shrimps in den Reis r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ebenso die rohen gr\u00fcnen Lauchzwiebeln untermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Im Wok immer alles gut umr\u00fchren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am Tisch beliebig mit Sambal Oelek und Sojasauce abschmecken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das sogenannte 5-Gew\u00fcrz ist eine typische chinesische Gew\u00fcrzmischung, die in vielen Superm\u00e4rkten zu kaufen ist. Sie besteht aus den 5 Gew\u00fcrzen Anis, Fenchel, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Koriander und Zimt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebratener Reis eignet sich hervorragend zur Verwendung von Resten von gekochtem weissem
