B\u00e4rlauch mag ich grunds\u00e4tzlich. Vor langer Zeit gingen wir mit den Kindern im feuchten Wald jeweils solchen pfl\u00fccken. Wollten dann Pesto machen. Aber ich erinnere mich eher an Flops statt Tops. Den guten Knoblauchton gibt’s glaub nur bei sehr jungen Bl\u00e4ttern. Wenn der B\u00e4rlauch schon \u00e4lter ist, schmeckt er wie Gras. Auf meinem Arbeitsweg duftete es einst auch zwischen April und Mai nach dem knoblauchartigen Gew\u00e4chs. Sogar in meinem Garten w\u00e4chst im Fr\u00fchling massenhaft so etwas, das wie B\u00e4rlauch aussieht und ich eher als Unkraut betrachtete. Aber es soll ja auch giftige Maigl\u00f6ckchen geben, die fast gleich aussehen. Meiner duftet zwar nach Knoblauch, also wohl schon B\u00e4rlauch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trotzdem kaufte ich jetzt eine grosse Hand voll im Supermarkt und sah es vor zum w\u00fcrzen von ebenfalls im Supermarkt erh\u00e4ltlichen Kartoffel Gnocchi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
