Das Grundrezept ist einfach das <a href=\"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Zuercher-Geschnetzeltes-mit-Roesti.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Z\u00fcrcher Geschnetzelte<\/strong><\/a>, das seit Jahren hier in meinem Blog steht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Z\u00fcrcher Geschnetzeltes mit Quorn<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">min. 500g Quorn-Geschnetzeltes<\/span> (das sind meistens kleine W\u00fcrfel). Wikipedia sagt dazu: Quorn ist der Handelsname f\u00fcr ein industriell hergestelltes Nahrungsmittel aus dem fermentierten Myzel des Schlauchpilzes Fusarium venenatum, das von Quorn Foods aus Gro\u00dfbritannien hergestellt und vermarktet wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>max. 300g weisse Champignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00bd dl Kochrahm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl H\u00fchnerbouillon (Wasser mit 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Bouillonpulver)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5&#8230;7 Essl\u00f6ffel Maizena Express (St\u00e4rke)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Champignons waschen, Stielende abschneiden, trocknen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden; mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel und Petersilie klein hacken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Quorn mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und gut vermischen. Dann knapp 5 Minuten sehr heiss in der Bratpfanne mit \u00d6l anbraten. Im Ofen warm stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann im Bratsatz in der selben Pfanne Butter schmelzen und die Zwiebel d\u00fcnsten. Champignons dazu geben, mitd\u00fcnsten bis sie etwas weich sind und mit Weisswein abl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00fchnerbouillon, Rahm und Maizena zugeben und etwas einkochen lassen. Soviel Maizena beigeben, bis die Sauce s\u00e4mig ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Quorn und die Petersilie zugeben und nochmals heiss machen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weissen oder wilden Reis dazu servieren oder nat\u00fcrlich R\u00f6sti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Wein:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cuv\u00e9e Noir vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rebverein-ruetihof.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Rebverein R\u00fctihof-Baden (AG)<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cabernet Dorsa und Pinot Noir, Barrique gereift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kein Wein, den man im Laden bekommt&#8230; Klasse Aargauer Wein. Fast tintig tiefes Purpurrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gute S\u00e4ure und Tannin. Generell top Balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Cabernet Dorsa gibt wohl viel Farbe und Kraft dazu. Bin sehr positiv \u00fcberrascht vom &#8222;Vereins-Wein&#8220;!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
