Da ass ich zum ersten Mal diese Chicken Wings. Es gab sie in wahlweiser Sch\u00e4rfe. F\u00fcr mich so scharf wie m\u00f6glich. Jetzt, wo ich sie selber mache, finde ich es eher schwierig, die volle Sch\u00e4rfe hinzukriegen. Man kann sie zwar mit super scharfer Chilisauce marinieren, aber auf dem heissen Grill verliert sich das dann teilweise wieder. Da hilft nur, nochmals zum essen in eine Sauce tunken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weil&#8217;s immer noch Winter ist, hab ich heute die Wings mal nicht mit der traditionellen Blue Cheese Sauce und kaltem Dip-Gem\u00fcse serviert, sondern mit Potato Wedges (Kartoffelschnitzen) und einer Escalivada (Ofengem\u00fcse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Buffalo Chicken Wings<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USA (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>18\u202624 H\u00fchnerfl\u00fcgel, je nach Gr\u00f6sse, total ca. 1.5kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosses St\u00fcck Butter (ca. 50g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Hot Chili Sauce (z.B. 1 kleine Flasche von Heinz)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zus\u00e4tzlich getrocknete Chiliflocken (es braucht viel Chili, damit es nach dem braten wirklich scharf ist!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einer kleinen Pfanne die Butter schmelzen und dann die Hot Chili Sauce unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nach Belieben zus\u00e4tzlich scharf machen mit Chili Flocken oder Piri Piri Sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei allen H\u00fchnerfl\u00fcgeln in der Mitte beim Gelenk auf der Innenseite die Haut mit einem scharfen Messer einschneiden, so dass man die Fl\u00fcgel strecken kann.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel das Fleisch von Hand gut mit der Marinade einreiben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehrere Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren. Am besten \u00fcber Nacht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Grill auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. 2 gelochte Aluschalen einlegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Fl\u00fcgel in die Schalen geben und ca. 30 Minuten heiss braten. Dazwischen wenden. Die Haut soll kross werden und durchaus ganz leicht angebrannt. Aber nicht verbrannt!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Fleisch ist so innen herrlich saftig und zart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Chicken Wings werden von Hand gegessen. Achtung: heiss!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klassisch werden sie in eine Blauschimmelk\u00e4se Dip Sauce getaucht und zusammen mit rohen Karotten und Stangensellerie gegessen. Ich esse sie auch gerne ohne Dip, aber mit Salaten und gutem Brot oder eben mit Kartoffeln und Gem\u00fcse aus dem Ofen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blue Cheese Dip Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g Cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g Mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g Blauschimmelk\u00e4se (z.B. Gorgonzola)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schnittlauch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Prise Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Schuss Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Schnittlauch klein schneiden und ganz am Schluss unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle Zutaten in einer grossen Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Suppenl\u00f6ffel sehr gut vermischen. Dabei den K\u00e4se von Hand in kleine St\u00fccke zerbr\u00f6seln und in der Sauce gut zerdr\u00fccken, so dass nur noch kleinste K\u00e4sest\u00fccke drin sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im K\u00fchlschrank
