{"id":11264,"date":"2021-02-28T20:06:44","date_gmt":"2021-02-28T19:06:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=11264"},"modified":"2023-02-04T15:37:19","modified_gmt":"2023-02-04T14:37:19","slug":"immer-wieder-diese-korken-chateau-lafon-rochet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/immer-wieder-diese-korken-chateau-lafon-rochet\/","title":{"rendered":"Immer wieder diese Korken &#8211; Ch\u00e2teau Lafon-Rochet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gestern w\u00e4hlte ich in meinem Keller ein reifes Schmuckst\u00fcck aus zur Begleitung eines niedergegarten Rinderfilets: <strong>Ch\u00e2teau Lafon-Rochet<\/strong>, Saint-Est\u00e8phe, Bordeaux, 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Sch\u00f6nheitsfehler: der 14-j\u00e4hrige Zapfen f\u00fchlte sich sehr weich an und brach dann auch promt ab, trotz sorgf\u00e4ltigstem Vorgehen. Kein Problem: dekantieren mit einem Teesieb und Trichter. Alles OK, aber trotzdem frage ich mich, weshalb so teure Weine mit so schwachen Korken verschlossen werden. Immerhin hatte er keinerlei Korkengeschmack, der Wein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach aber wird alles sehr gut. So beurteile ich ihn auch. Alle 4 Beurteilungskriterien (Balance, L\u00e4nge, Intensit\u00e4t und Komplexit\u00e4t) 75%, also &#8222;sehr gut&#8220; und keine Schw\u00e4che. Ausgewogen. Sch\u00f6ne Frucht. Herrliches Alter. Gute Bordeaux machen halt immer noch Spass. Aber bitte nehmt Euch der Zapfen an! Danke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2007er):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>klar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittleres Granatrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">ausgepr\u00e4gte Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:<\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>schwarzer Pflaume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marmeladigkeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fruchtkompott<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karamell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rauch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voll gereift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel (+)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer (+) K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere (+) Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preiselberen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>roten Kirschen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heidelbeeren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch
