Meines hier ist aber abgeleitet von <a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Rape-a-la-Gallega.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Rape a la Gallega<\/strong><\/a> (Seeteufel). Man verwendet dazu ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver (Piment\u00f3n de la vera) und Kartoffeln. Und da ich R\u00e4ucherforelle sehr mag, fand ich, man k\u00f6nnte das mal so kombinieren. Zudem wird mein Rezept Rape a la Gallega besonders h\u00e4ufig <a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/was-interessiert-in-meinem-tapas-ch-blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>runtergeladen<\/strong><\/a>. Also ersetzte ich den Seeteufel durch die ger\u00e4ucherten Forellenfilets. Forellen sind im k\u00fchlen Nordwesten Spaniens \u00fcbrigens durchaus beliebt und in Bierzo sogar Kult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Trucha ahumada a la gallega (ger\u00e4ucherte galizische Forelle)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodolfos Erfindung (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ca. 500g ger\u00e4ucherte Forellenfilets (gibt es oft in Aktion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1kg Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosse Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel s\u00fcsses Paprikapulver (idealerweise Piment\u00f3n de la Vera, ger\u00e4uchtertes Paprika)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frische glatte Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ein grosser Schuss Weisswein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Weissweinessig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wenige getrocknete Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Forellenfilets von Hand in mundgerechte St\u00fccke zerzetteln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in nicht zu d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebel in Ringe schneiden.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln mit Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern in einer grossen Pfanne mit Salzwasser und etwas Weisswein ca. 10 Minuten kochen. Lorbeer entfernen. Etwas Kochwasser beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Bratpfanne im Oliven\u00f6l den Knoblauch sachte erhitzen und Paprikapulver beigeben. Nichts verbrennen! Ebenso ein wenig vom Kochwasser und einen Essl\u00f6ffel weissen Essig unterr\u00fchren. Das ist dann die sogenannte Ajada, die rote galizische Sauce zu Fischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nun den Fisch, die Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln in die Sauce geben und ca. 5 Minuten ziehen lassen (ohne kochen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit frischer Petersilie servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zur Farbgebung k\u00f6nnen gegen Schluss auch etwas gekochte gr\u00fcne Erbsen aus der B\u00fcchse untergemischt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
