Wie es R\u00f6sti in der Schweiz ist. Ich hatte schon gef\u00fchlte tausende Tortillas gekocht. Hat immer gut geschmeckt. Und es gibt 1000 Varianten. Aber jetzt hat mich meine Spanischlehrerin aus Salamanca auf die wahrhaftige Spur gebracht \ud83d\ude42 Hier ihre Tipps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln in sehr d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Geht am besten mit einer Maschine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viel Oliven\u00f6l nehmen zum braten. Es ist eigentlich mehr ein kochen im \u00d6l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und viel Ei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und es darf nichts anbrennen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Tortilla espa\u00f1ola Rodolfo<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spanien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800\u20261000g Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optional: ca. 3 ger\u00f6stete Peperoni aus dem Glas (ich mag die)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5\u20266 Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und mit einer Gem\u00fcsehobelmaschine in ca. 2mm d\u00fcnne Scheiben raffeln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knoblauch fein hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ggf. gegrillte Peperoni in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Eier mit einer Gabel in einer grossen Schale gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eine Bratpfanne von der Gr\u00f6sse nehmen, dass man die Tortilla sp\u00e4ter mit einem passenden grossen Teller wenden kann.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In reichlich (!) Oliven\u00f6l zuerst Zwiebel und Knoblauch sanft and\u00fcnsten. Nicht anbrennen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Kartoffelscheiben zugeben und bei h\u00e4ufigem Umr\u00fchren und nicht zu grosser Hitze ca. 15 Minuten braten. Die Kartoffeln sollen richtig weich werden. Das Ganze soll aber keine braunen Stellen bekommen! Gegen Ende ggf. die Peperonis unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann alles in die Eimasse in der Schale leeren und sehr gut vermischen. Dabei mit Salz und Pfeffer reichlich w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nochmals wenig \u00d6l in die Bratpfanne geben, damit das Ei nicht anklebt. Die Masse in die Bratpfanne leeren und sch\u00f6n flach verteilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jetzt den Deckel drauf und bei mittlerer Hitze das Ei eindicken lassen, bis es auf der Oberfl\u00e4che einigermassen geronnen ist. Dazwischen r\u00fctteln, damit nichts am Pfannenboden anklebt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teller umgekehrt auf die Tortilla legen und das Ganze kehren. Danach die Tortilla wieder umgekehrt sorgf\u00e4ltig in die Pfanne zur\u00fcckschieben. Darauf achten, dass sie nicht auseinanderbricht. Die Tortilla mit K\u00fcchenpapier in der Pfanne flach und kompakt dr\u00fccken, damit sie gut zusammenklebt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nach ca. 5 Min. mit dem grossen Teller wieder herausnehmen und auf eine flache Platte (z.B. Kuchenplatte) kehren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Tortilla soll nur ganz leicht br\u00e4unlich werden. Deshalb nicht zu heiss. Zum Servieren kann man die am Ende \u201esch\u00f6nere\u201c Seite nach oben pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In St\u00fccke schneiden und mit einer Kuchenschaufel servieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passt fast zu allem als Beilage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tortilla schmeckt auch sehr gut kalt. Manche &#8211; z.B. ich &#8211; m\u00f6gen sie sogar lieber kalt als warm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und vor allem schmeckt sie am zweiten oder dritten Tag noch aromatischer!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manche Spanier tr\u00e4nken die Kartoffelscheiben in extrem viel \u00d6l zum braten und sch\u00fctten dieses dann nachher wieder ab. Na ja\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2
