Aber niemals dachte ich, die in meinem Blog zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Zu peinlich simpel. Zu viel Convenience. Aber einfach super lecker. Und nicht mal ungesund. Na also?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Lachs auf Spinatbeet<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ca. 700g Lachstranchen (besser frisch, sonst tiefgefroren)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1kg tiefgek\u00fchlter Blattspinat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>450g weisser Langkornreis oder gemischter Wildreis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>min. 2.5dl fl\u00fcssige Sauce Bearnaise (Estragon-Fertigsauce z.B. von Thomi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muskatpulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Lachs ggf. auftauen, waschen, abtupfen und mit etwas Zitronensaft einreiben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Blattspinat auftauen und verzetteln. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit nur leicht abtropfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einer Bratpfanne Zwiebel und Knoblauch im Oliven\u00f6l leicht and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Spinat unterr\u00fchren und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat reichlich w\u00fcrzen. Kurz k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Spinat in einer Gratinform verteilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Lachsst\u00fccke oben auflegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Sauce Bearnaise dar\u00fcber leeren und sch\u00f6n verteilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 Minuten bei 200\u00b0C im Ofen backen. Am Schluss Umluft mit Grill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel dazu den Reis mit der knapp doppelten Menge Wasser kochen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ich bin mir im Klaren, dass die fertig Bearnaise Sauce eines Spitzen-Kochs unw\u00fcrdig ist.
