{"id":1069,"date":"2014-11-23T23:33:35","date_gmt":"2014-11-23T22:33:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?p=1069"},"modified":"2023-02-05T22:58:40","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T21:58:40","slug":"avocado-tapas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/avocado-tapas\/","title":{"rendered":"Avocado-Tapas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 reife Avocado<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Zitrone oder 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>1 Peperoncini<\/li>\n<li>1 Baguette Brot<\/li>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>evtl. bunter Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorbereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avocado-Mousse zubereiten:\n<ul>\n<li>Die Avocado halbieren und entkernen, die Schale entfernen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Fruchtfleisch mit einer Gabel zu einem feinen Mousse zerdr\u00fccken und mit Salz und Zitronensaft w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Peperoncini entkernen, klein hacken und unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Vom Baguette Brot 8 ca. 1.5cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Brotscheiben auf beiden Seiten mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l einreiben, auf ein mit Backtrennfolie ausgelegtes Backblech legen und ca. 10 Minuten bei 200\u00b0C im Ofen backen. Dazwischen einmal wenden, damit sie auf beiden Seiten knusprig werden. Darauf achten, dass sie nicht anbrennen. Das Brot abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Danach die Scheiben mit dem Avocado-Mousse grossz\u00fcgig bestreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Ev. wenig bunten Pfeffer dar\u00fcber streuen und servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ich benutze dieses Tapa oft als Einstieg zur Tapas-Party (ein Br\u00f6tchen pro Person gen\u00fcgt) und serviere dazu einen spanischen Weisswein. Danach wird selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sofort auf Rotwein umgestellt.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Beispiel auf einem Bai Gorri. Eine grosse Rioja Bodega, die zeigt, was sie ist und hat (Glaspalast).
