Ich werfe den Grill im Winter nur an, wenn ich mir einen wirklichen Mehrwert davon verspreche. Heute hatte ich vorgekochte Spareribs zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die kann man im Ofen oder auf dem Grill fertig braten. Aber erstens war der Ofen besetzt mit Kartoffeln und zweitens erhoffte ich mir auf dem Gasgrill schon etwas krosseres Fleisch. Also ging ich mit Kochsch\u00fcrze und Winterjacke raus auf die Gartenterrasse.<br>Der hier beschriebene Clowslaw ist \u00fcbrigens einfach ein Kabissalat. In USA aber sehr ber\u00fchmt, v.a. an Thanksgiving. Und das ist ja gleich n\u00e4chsten Donnerstag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Coleslaw<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USA (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300g Weisskohl (Kabis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g Karotten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Light Mayonnaise (fettarm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Essl\u00f6ffel Nature Joghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine Zwiebel (oder \u00bd grosse)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Weissweinessig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosser Spritzer Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 grosse Prise Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Zwiebel klein schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kohl und Karotten k\u00f6nnen ganz gekauft werden und dann hobeln oder einfacher: schon fein gehobeltes Salatgem\u00fcse kaufen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einer grossen Schale die Sauce mischen aus Zwiebeln, Joghurt, Mayo, Essig, Zitrone, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kohl und Karotten gut untermischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beliebig lange im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passt z.B. zu Grillfleisch wie Spare Ribs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Die vorgekochten Spareribs strich ich mit rauchiger BBQ Sauce ein und grillte sie pro Seite 5 Minuten. Durch das Vorkochen sind sie unendlich zart und das Fleisch l\u00f6st sich fast von selbst von den Knochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu gab&#8217;s eine Spanische Bombe. <a href=\"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/triga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TRIGA<\/strong><\/a>. 16% Alkohol aus Alicante. Zum etwas rustikalen Essen passte der gut. Ansonsten sind mir solche Weine mittlerweile zu viel des Guten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
