Der Wein darf also erst im vierten Jahr nach der Ernte ausgeliefert werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Gran Reserva bezeichnet einen spanischen Rotwein, der mindestens zwei Jahre im Eichenholzfass und insgesamt mindestens f\u00fcnf Jahre in Fass und Flasche gereift ist. CHF 34.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meine Degu (2013er):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>klar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittleres Rubinrot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sauber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ausgepr\u00e4gte Geruchsintensit\u00e4t nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Erdbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feige<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marmeladigkeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Backpflaume<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erste Reifenoten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trocken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4ure mittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tannin mittel (+)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alkohol hoch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlerer (+) K\u00f6rper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mittlere (+) Geschmacksaromen nach:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preiselbeere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rote Kirsche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fruchtkompott<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>langer Abgang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t sehr gut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kann getrunken werden, hat aber noch Reifepotential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fazit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erster Eindruck (und der ist auch beim Wein wichtig!):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wertige Etikette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wertige Kapsel, die sich sch\u00f6n schneiden und entfernen l\u00e4sst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guter Zapfen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der &#8222;edle&#8220; Eindruck dann auch bei der Degu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>schon lange nicht mehr einen so ausgewogenen Rioja getrunken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>herrlich fruchtig, gutes samtenes Tannin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nur die nicht 100%ige Komplexit\u00e4t h\u00e4lt mich von &#8222;hervorragend&#8220; ab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hatte den Gran Reserva aus Versehen ge\u00f6ffnet. Es sollte von der Reife her eigentlich (nur) der Reserva sein, aber ich vergriff mich in der Flasche.
