Diese hier poste ich, weil es einen aussergew\u00f6hnlich guten Wein dazu gab. Den 4 Kilos aus Mallorca. Die K\u00fcrbisse kamen auch schon aus meinem Garten. Dieses Jahr verk\u00fcmmerten sie aber wieder mal im Hochbeet. Weiss der Teufel warum &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><strong><u>K\u00fcrbissuppe<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Speisek\u00fcrbis (bzw. ca. 900g K\u00fcrbisschnitze)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenige Kartoffeln (K\u00fcrbis und Kartoffeln sollten ger\u00fcstet ca. 1kg ausmachen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenig frischen Ingwer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Curry Pulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel K\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Teel\u00f6ffel Muskatpulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1dl Kochrahm (z.B. Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Essl\u00f6ffel Balsamico Essig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gem\u00fcsebouillonw\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 100g Rohess-Speck in d\u00fcnnen Streifen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ger\u00f6stete Brotw\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00fcrbiskerne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>K\u00fcrbis sch\u00e4len, vierteln und entkernen, in mittlere St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer in St\u00fccke schneiden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speckstreifen in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und in kleine Schale geben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00fcrbiskerne und Brotw\u00fcrfel je in eine kleine Schale geben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In hohem Topf mit Oliven\u00f6l die K\u00fcrbis- und Kartoffelst\u00fccke, Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer 5 Minuten and\u00fcnsten. Gut r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wasser beigeben, bis das Gem\u00fcse knapp bedeckt ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bouillonw\u00fcrfel beigeben, Pfeffer, 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Balsamico, 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Currypulver, 1 Teel\u00f6ffel K\u00fcmmel und Muskat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kochen lassen bis K\u00fcrbis und Kartoffeln weich sind (ca. 15 Minuten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Wasser auff\u00fcllen bis 2.5 Liter (= Totalvolumen f\u00fcr 4 Personen). Nochmals zum kochen bringen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit dem Stabmixer fein p\u00fcrieren und Kochrahm beigeben. Ggf. mit wenig Salz abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00fcr eine gelbe Farbe kann man beim Kochen etwas Kurkuma Pulver unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In kleinen Suppensch\u00fcsseln servieren und nach Belieben K\u00fcrbiskerne, Speckstreifen und Brotw\u00fcrfel beigeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knuspriges Brot dazu servieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00fcrbisse k\u00f6nnen sehr hart sein.
