Am h\u00e4ufigsten wohl bei meiner lieben Schwester seit Jahrzehnten an Weihnachten \ud83d\ude42 Aber selber hatte ich es noch nie gekocht. Nun ist es endlich soweit. Ist eigentlich sehr einfach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Kartoffelgratin<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.2kg Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5dl Milch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5dl Kochrahm (z.B. Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g Gruy\u00e8re K\u00e4se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muskatnuss gemahlen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in ca. 2mm d\u00fcnne Scheiben hobeln. Am besten mit einer Maschine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einen Guss herstellen aus Milch, Rahm, Muskat, Salz und Pfeffer. Die Knoblauchzehe reinpressen. Alles mit dem Schwingbesen gut mischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00e4se reiben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Auflaufform mit Butter einfetten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Kartoffelscheiben in der Auflaufform schichten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Guss dar\u00fcber leeren. Es soll alles knapp bedeckt sein. Ggf. etwas Milch zugeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei 200\u00b0C ca. 40 Minuten in den Ofen. Mit Messer pr\u00fcfen, bis die Kartoffeln weich sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann den Gratin kurz rausnehmen. Wenn er zu trocken aussieht, etwas Rahm dar\u00fcber leeren. Den geriebenen K\u00e4se verteilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Ofen nochmals ca. 15 Minuten mit Oberhitze und Umluft \u00fcberbacken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heisst auch Gratin Dauphinois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passt gut z.B. zu ger\u00e4uchertem Schweinshals und D\u00f6rrbohnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100\u2026150g D\u00f6rrbohnen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zuerst einige Stunden im kalten Wasser einweichen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann 30 Minuten in gen\u00fcgend Wasser k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl Kochwasser rausnehmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restliches Wasser abgiessen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kleine Zwiebel und 1 Knoblauchzehe klein schneiden. In derselben Pfanne mit \u00d6l and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Bohnen unterr\u00fchren und kurz mitd\u00e4mpfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die 2dl Kochwasser zugeben und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salzen und pfeffern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gut 800g ger\u00e4ucherter Schweinshals (oder \u00e4hnliches ger\u00e4uchertes Schweinefleisch):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Im Wasser knapp unter der Siedeschwelle eine gute Stunde ziehen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Scheiben schneiden und servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein s\u00fcsser Senf passt hervorragend dazu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
