Aber Pasta finde ich schon cool. In der traditionellen spanischen K\u00fcche haben sie aber rein gar nichts zu suchen, sagte meine Mutter und hatte wohl recht. Unser Vater und wir Kinder litten darunter, aber wir \u00fcberlebten die pastafreie Zeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Spaghetti alla Puttanesca<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italien (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50\u202660g Sardellenfilets (in B\u00fcchse im \u00d6l eingelegt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20262 Peperoncini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500\u2026600g gehackte Tomaten (B\u00fcchse)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ca. 12 entsteinte schwarze Oliven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel eingelegte Kapern (kleine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Schuss Rotwein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frische Petersilie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>und nat\u00fcrlich Spaghetti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kapern, Knoblauch, Petersilie und Oregano separat klein hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sardellenfilets dritteln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Oliven in Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peperoncini klein schneiden und einige scharfe Samen drin lassen, je nach Sch\u00e4rfewunsch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilie klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Im Oliven\u00f6l in der Bratpfanne zuerst den Knoblauch and\u00fcnsten und dann Sardellen, Kapern, Peperoncino und Oliven beigeben und weiter k\u00f6cheln bis die Sardellen zerfallen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die gehackten Tomaten zugeben und ca. 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. In der zweiten H\u00e4lfte den Oregano und einen Schuss Rotwein beigeben und offen k\u00f6cheln bis die Sauce etwas eingedickt ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Pfeffer abschmecken. Salz braucht es normalerweise keines, weil die Sardellen schon sehr salzig sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel dazu die Spaghetti al dente kochen und abgiessen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Sauce gut unter die Spaghetti r\u00fchren und die Petersilie ebenfalls. In einer vorgew\u00e4rmten grossen Schale servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heisst auf Italienisch &#8222;Spaghetti nach Hurenart&#8220; &#x1f60a;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Italiener vermeiden es, Fisch und K\u00e4se zusammenzubringen. Zumindest die einen. Also kein geriebener Parmesan \u00fcber Puttanesca Spaghetti.
