Hatte die schon ewig lange nicht mehr gekocht. Deshalb halte ich mein Rezept hiermit wieder mal fest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Kohlrabi<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schweiz (f\u00fcr 4 Personen als Beilage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Kohlrabis (m\u00f6glichst mit noch sch\u00f6nen gr\u00fcnen Bl\u00e4ttern)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4l Kochrahm (z.B. Rama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muskatpulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maizena Express (St\u00e4rke)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Kohlrabis sch\u00e4len.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Pommes f\u00f6rmige Stifte schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die sch\u00f6nsten gr\u00fcnen Bl\u00e4tter waschen und klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Kohlrabis in Salzwasser ca. 10 Minuten kochen bis sie ziemlich weich sind. Abtropfen und beiseitelegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In derselben Pfanne den Kochrahm mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat zum k\u00f6cheln bringen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maizena Express unterr\u00fchren, so dass die Sauce etwas s\u00e4mig wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die gr\u00fcnen Bl\u00e4tter unterr\u00fchren und kurz mitk\u00f6cheln.
