Er ist in biodynamischer Landwirtschaft ausgebildet und packte zu, als sich die Gelegenheit bot, in Valencia Land und Keller zu erwerben. Schl\u00fcsselfigur im Unternehmen ist Diego Fern\u00e1ndez Pons. Pons bringt das \u00f6nologische Fachwissen mit und ist in der Region bestens vernetzt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Von der Marselan Rebe hatte ich noch nie was geh\u00f6rt. Es ist eine Kreuzung von Cabernet Sauvignon und Grenache noir aus dem Jahr 1961 (Montpellier). Marselan ist deshalb v.a. im Languedoc-Roussillon verbreitet. Ziel der Z\u00fcchtung war, die St\u00e4rken des Cabernet Sauvignon (Finesse) mit der Hitzeresistenz des Grenache zu kombinieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veganer Wein. Also keine tierischen Sch\u00f6nungsmittel (Ei) verwendet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimale Trinkreife max. 3 Jahre nach der Ernte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preis ca. Ich kam auf ein gut bis sehr gut und gebe ihm deshalb ein sehr gut. Bei dem Preis wirklich ein Hit. Sehr gute Balance und Intensit\u00e4t. Speziell sch\u00f6nes, leuchtendes Rubinrot. Angenehm frische S\u00e4ure. Fruchtig. K\u00fchl servieren! Zu meinem scharfen indischen Lammcurry war er perfekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
