Meistens halt etwas langweilig mit Toast, Kapern, Butter, Meerrettichschaum etc. Da musste nun mal etwas innovativeres her. Sozusagen Lachs-Tapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lachs-Wrap-R\u00f6llchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 grosse (ca. 23cm) Weizentortillas 40 sec im Mikrowellenofen w\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf 2 Seiten wenig abschneiden, damit der Fladen etwas eckig wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ruccola und Dill klein schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daraus eine streichbare Sauce machen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kr\u00e4uterfrischk\u00e4se (z.B. &#8222;Tartare&#8220;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine Handvoll Ruccola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etwas frischer Dill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Tortilla mit der Sauce mit einem Messer d\u00fcnn einstreichen. Oben ca. 1cm frei lassen zum sp\u00e4ter zukleben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Lage Lachs darauf verteilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das ganze von unten fest rollen (wie Sushis). Am Ende mit etwas Wasser zukleben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit einem scharfen Messer in Scheiben schneiden (wie Sushis).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zucchini-Lachs-R\u00f6llchen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Zucchinis der L\u00e4nge nach in je ca. 4 nur 5mm d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Nicht zu dick, sonst brechen sie beim rollen!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Streifen portionenweise in einer grossen Bratpfanne mit Oliven\u00f6l ca. 5 Minuten beidseitig braten, damit sie flexibel werden. Ca. 40 sec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e8me fraiche (Sauerrahm) mit etwas frischem Schnittlauch auftragen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 d\u00fcnnes St\u00fcck Avocado drauf, ein St\u00fcck Lachs und zuoberst ein
