Am besten \u00fcber Nacht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die marinierten Fleischw\u00fcrfel sehr eng aneinander auf die Holzspiesschen aufspiessen (ca. 4 W\u00fcrfel pro Spiesschen), so dass nach dem Grillen zwischen den Fleischw\u00fcrfeln noch frische Marinade ist. Das macht den typischen Geschmack der Pinchitos aus.<\/li>\n<li>Die Spiesschen von allen Seiten im Oliven\u00f6l nicht zu lange braten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kreuzk\u00fcmmel hat nichts mit unserem K\u00fcmmel zu tun und gibt den unvergleichlichen orientalischen Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li>Die Pinchitos isst man warm. Man kann sie aber im 80\u00b0C Ofen warm stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Der Sello del Rey kommt aus dem Zentrum Spaniens. Er war Wein des Jahres bei M\u00f6venpick Weine.
