{"id":14966,"date":"2022-07-03T21:25:08","date_gmt":"2022-07-03T19:25:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/?page_id=14966"},"modified":"2023-02-05T23:25:05","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T22:25:05","slug":"downloads","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tapas.ch\/wordpress\/downloads\/","title":{"rendered":"Downloads"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hier biete ich Dir meine Vorlagen an, die bei der Weindegustation bzw. dem Inventarisieren von Wein hilfreich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mein eigenes Weindegu-Vorlagenblatt nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsetglobal.com\/de\/german-qualifications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WSET<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Oberkategorien sind Auge \u2013 Nase \u2013 Gaumen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Darunter kommen jeweils 4\u20268 Unterkriterien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und jedes Kriterium wird entweder mit einem Adjektiv oder mit einer 3\u20265-stufigen Bewertung versehen. Pro Kriterium soll man sich auf eine (einzige) Angabe beschr\u00e4nken und kreuzt sie an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beim Beurteilen der Aromen kreuzt man unten min. 5 Geruchsaromen und min. 3 Geschmacksaromen an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schliesslich beurteilt man die Qualit\u00e4t des Weins im Gesamten nach dem BLIK-Schema. Es werden pro Eigenschaft zwischen 0&#8230;1 Punkte vergeben.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B = Balance (Ausgeglichenheit) zwischen Frucht\/Zucker bzw. S\u00e4ure\/Tannin. Ist die Intensit\u00e4t zwischen Nase und Gaumen ausgeglichen? Wirkt der Wein generell ausgeglichen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L = L\u00e4nge (auch Abgang genannt). Wie lange bleibt das Aroma im Gaumen erhalten? Generell gilt: &lt;5s=kurz, 5\u202610s = mittel, &gt;10s = lang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I = Intensit\u00e4t. Damit ist die unmittelbar erfahrene Konzentration der Aromen in der Nase bzw. dem Gaumen gemeint. Riecht man die Aromen bereits bevor man die Nase direkt am Glas hat, ist sie ausgepr\u00e4gt. Riecht man sie am Glasrand, ist sie mittel. Und riecht man sie erst, wenn man die Nase tief ins Glas steckt, ist sie verhalten. Im Gaumen ist die Unterscheidung etwas subjektiver (zart &#8211; mittel &#8211; ausgepr\u00e4gt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K = Komplexit\u00e4t. Damit ist die Aromenvielfalt gemeint. Grunds\u00e4tzlich gilt: je mehr Aromen ich angekreuzt habe, desto besser ist die Komplexit\u00e4t. Wichtig dabei ist aber auch die Qualit\u00e4t und Reinheit der Aromen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Punkte-Summe der 4 Kriterien ergibt eine Zahl zwischen 0&#8230;4. Die Weinqualit\u00e4t wird dann wie folgt definiert: schwach (0) &#8211; durchschnittlich (1) &#8211; gut (2)&nbsp; &#8211; sehr gut (3) &#8211; hervorragend (4). Hier gibt man jeden neuen Wein mit allen Angaben ein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Hilfsblatt der Weinregionen (muss erg\u00e4nzt werden, wenn neue Regionen aufgenommen werden)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Vinum Trinkreifetabelle nach Weinregion und Jahrgang (muss j\u00e4hrlich erg\u00e4nzt werden)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hilfstabelle f\u00fcr diverse Dropdown Menus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Kurzerkl\u00e4rung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Hauptblatt werden automatisch folgende Angaben farblich unterlegt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualit\u00e4t (aus der Vinum Trinkreifetabelle), gr\u00fcn = sehr gut, rot = m\u00e4ssig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preis, gr\u00fcn = preisg\u00fcnstig, rot = teuer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trinkreife (ideales Genussjahr, bzw. roter Alarm, wenn der Wein \u00fcberf\u00e4llig ist).
